Our company has over 25 years in the real estate and construction area. We specialize in commercial real estate as our name indicates, but we tap our construction experience to assist our clients with a full range of service. We have found that experience with zoning; building setbacks, density, utilities, topography, soil conditions, environmental conditions etc. have proven to be very valuable to our clients.

We have remained independent, but well networked with investors and other realtors. This is important when sellers or buyers want maximum attention and performance. Our services include property management, sales, leases, arranging joint ventures, land leases and build to suits.
